Fully fenced property, gated entrance, private off-street parking, and security cameras offer peace of mind. Cozy Cave, a large 1 bedroom 1 bath open living space facing the courtyard garden, approximately 100 square meters (1076 square feet) welcoming a maximum of 5 guests. Description of our vacation rental Cozy Cave: Entrance at ground-level, 1076 sq. ft. (100 sq. meters), handicapped / disabled access, both gas central heating and individual electric units in bedroom, living room and bathroom. Living room/den with new leather sofa bed 2 persons (firm mattress 14 cm / 5 ½ inches) and single leather sofa bed. Home entertainment center and home cinema with satellite TV & Apple TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, wood-burning stove for cozy evenings, dining area for 6 with exterior view, Master bedroom with new extra firm double bed 160 cm x 200 cm (63" x 79") or two single beds (80 cm x 200 / 32" x 79") with satellite TV, DVD and VCR, Apple TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and space for additional cots or portable cribs. Full marbled bath (rain shower and bath), fully-equipped kitchen, study area and library containing books in English, French and German, game area. Entertainment/Multimedia "Cozy Cave": Home entertainment center and home cinema with video projector and 2 meter (78") screen, satellite TV, CD, DVD, blu-ray, Apple TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, radio, hi-fi equipment with surround sound, CD, DVD collection. Internet (Wi-Fi) throughout. Fully-equipped kitchen: cooking utensils, pots and pans, side by side refrigerator/freezer with mini-bar, water and ice dispenser, combination microwave / oven, electric stove, dishwasher with tablets included, coffee maker with coffee filters, automatic hot water kettle, toaster, garbage bags and cleaning products. Private triple French door entrance faces flowered courtyard, surrounded by fully enclosed flowered gardens on half an acre (1700 sq. meters).
